Cut bananas and peaches into cubes. Remove the outermost peel and the base from the lemongrass and cut a 3 cm long section into fine rolls. Bring all the above ingredients to a boil in a saucepan. Make while stirring for 3 min. Immediately fill into the jars. Close the jars with twist-off lids, turn to the other side and leave on the lid for 5 min (no longer).

Tip: If you like, you can also form four anise stars in this jam. 50 ml sugar can be replaced with 50 ml peach liqueur.
