Instructions:

Put the washed fish fillet in cold water with salt, prepared bay spice, onion, soup vegetables, peppercorns, spice seeds, let it boil and cook. Remove the fish and cut into bite-sized pieces. Prepare a golden roux with butter and flour and fill it up with the sieved fish broth. Season the soup with sweet whipped cream, juice of one lemon, white wine and sugar and serve with the fish pieces, crab tails and mussels.
