Pour milk over the bread cubes. Fry the onion cubes in butter or clarified butter, add the parsley and fry briefly. Mix the minced liver with soaked bread, onions and eggs and season with salt, pepper, marjoram and lemon peel. Line a roasting tin with a well-watered pork net dabbed dry. Pour in the mixture and cover well with the net. Bake in the preheated oven at 165 °C for 35-45 minutes until the surface is nice and crispy-brown.Use: cut into thin slices also as a soup garnishRecommended side dishes: sauerkraut, mustkraut or creamed cabbage and gravy.
