Place raspberries in a colander and immerse in water – do not rinse.
Place in a saucepan. Crush garlic with salt, peel ginger and cut into small pieces. Cut the chili pepper into small rings. Add spices to the raspberries form and season with a tiny bit of salt and pepper. Simmer gently for about eight minutes until a thick paste is formed.
Tip: Cook only with high-quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all in a good dish!
