Instructions:

First, line the edge of a cake ring with half biscuits, then cover the base with them.

First, make the cream for the chocolate mousse according to the package instructions.

If the cake pulls overnight, the biscotti do not need to be soaked, otherwise drizzle the biscotti on the bottom with blueberry jam.

Then spread the chocolate mousse on the biscotti and place in the refrigerator to set.

In the meantime, make the yogurt cream according to package directions. Put half of the cream in its own bowl and mix through with the blueberries.

From this, again spread half of the cream colored with the berries on the mousse. Then place in the freezer.

Put 4 spoonfuls of the leftover blueberry cream in a two-part piping bag, 4 spoonfuls of the white yogurt cream in the other half and put it in the freezer (it will be for decorating later).

Mix the leftover blueberry cream with some white yogurt cream and spread it on the cake again, put it in the freezer for a short time and finally spread the white yogurt cream on top. Leave the cake to stand overnight.

The next day, sprinkle with cocoa and decorate as desired.
