For spahetti with sun-dried tomatoes and zucchini, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente, strain and save some pasta water.

Wash the zucchini and cut into small strips, also finely chop the tomatoes. Heat a generous amount of oil from the tomatoes in a frying pan.

Sauté zucchini, tomatoes and garlic in it, season with salt, pepper, oregano and pour some pasta water. Add the pasta to the sauce and toss briefly.

Finely chop the basil and sprinkle on top. Arrange the spaghetti with sun-dried tomatoes and zucchini in a deep dish, sprinkle with a good amount of Parmesan cheese and serve hot.
