A recipe of beans for every taste:
Cut the selected vegetables about equal lengths and sizes. Mix the sauce ingredients in a baking bowl. Heat the oil in a wok, add the scallions as well as the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add the prepared vegetables – the hard and firm ones at the beginning – to the wok form and sauté for 2 min. Later, add the softer vegetables, such as mushrooms and snow peas, and roast for 2 min.
Mix in the sweet and sour sauce mixture and quickly bring to a boil, tossing the vegetables well until they are extensively coated with the sauce and the sauce has thickened. Bring to the table hot.
