Soak the bread in water and then wring out well. Chop the onion into small pieces. Parsley rinse, dry and also chop. Knead the mince with the egg and mustard and season with salt, pepper and marjoram.
Cut the halloumi into 1 cm cubes. Form plum-sized balls from the meat dough, insert 1 piece of cheese in each and roll into balls.
Place on a buttered baking tray and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20-half hours.
Serve with a colorful salad, glazed potatoes and a glass of red wine.
