Quickly knead all ingredients for the dough into a smooth dough and chill the dough for 1 hour.
Form two rolls (diameter approx. 2.5 – 3 cm) from the dough, cut off 1 cm wide pieces, place on a baking tray and flatten slightly.
Bake in the preheated oven at 160 °C convection oven for about 10 minutes.
Assemble two cookies at a time with jam.
Melt chocolate glaze according to package directions and dip half of the cookies in chocolate glaze.
Let dry.
