Instructions:

Peel the shallot and dice very finely. Finely chop the mixed herbs (for example thyme, chives, parsley).

Put the herbs in a bowl with the shallot, olive oil, curd cheese and sour cream and mix well.

Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of paprika.

Serve with farmhouse bread and other pastries.
