Instructions:

For the mashed potatoes, peel potatoes, cut into quarters and place in a perforated cooking container. Add the cream and vegetable stock to the potatoes in an unperforated cooking container (at 100°C for 15-17 minutes or at 120°C for 5-6 minutes).

Mash potatoes and blend with liquid from cream and broth until smooth. Fold in butter and season the puree with salt and pepper. Finely chop parsley and sprinkle on top.

Variation 1: Soak porcini mushrooms in water and cook with the liquid in an unperforated cooking container (at 100°C for 4 minutes). Finely chop and fold into the puree.

Variation 2: Add finely chopped onion and finely diced bacon to an unperforated cooking container and cook covered (at 100°C for 4 minutes or at 120°C for 2 minutes). Finally, fold into the puree.
