Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper, place on the tray. Mix the juice of one lemon with the pressed garlic clove and the oil. Peel and quarter the potatoes, turn them to the other side in the lemon and oil marinade and place them on the baking tray. Quarter onions and spread evenly on the tray as well. Pour lemon oil marinade over them and season with thyme.
Bake on middle rack at 200 degrees for about 1, 5 hours. Sprinkle with basil or parsley before serving. Serve with diced feta cheese.
