Instructions:

For the children’s goulash, melt the butter and sauté the onion and vegetables. Peel and dice the potatoes and add them.

Pour in vegetable soup and simmer gently for about 20 minutes until the potatoes are soft. Slice frankfurters and add to goulash.

Mix creme fraiche and flour and refine the children’s goulash with parsley.
