Instructions:

For the chocolate cake, mix all ingredients with a mixer and bake in a greased and floured square baking pan in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 50 minutes.

For the filling, melt the dark chocolate coating with the coconut butter in a water bath, while whipping the whipped cream until stiff. Then mix the room-warm Qimiq in another bowl with a mixer until smooth.

Now add the melted, couverture to the bowl of Qimiq with the mixer and then whisk in the whipped cream. Chill the filling.

Either cut the cooled cake layer into 2 pieces, or spread the filling directly over the entire layer, and chill.

For the coating, melt the white chocolate coating with the coconut butter and the red food coloring in a water bath and pour over the cooled cake and decorate as desired.
