The udder is washed accurately.
Make with the greens until the skin can be peeled off effortlessly. Cool and cut into fine cubes.
Finely chop kitchen herbs, lettuce and kohlrabi leaves, parsley and chives. Stir in fresh milk.
Add the meat and the asparagus pieces. Season.
Pile the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for about half an hour at a good medium heat.
Serve with fried potatoes.
Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good aroma!
