For the chili con carne hot dogs, heat the frankfurters in simmering water. Do not bring to a boil so that the frankfurters do not burst.
Put the chili con carne in a pot and heat.
In the meantime, finely slice the green onion.Cut the baguettes lengthwise, but do not cut all the way through.
Fill each baguette with chili con carne and frankfurter.
Sprinkle the still fresh onion into the chili dogs and decorate with fresh parsley as desired.
