Instructions:

Peel oranges over a baking bowl like apples, completely removing the bitter white inner skin. Cut the flesh into small pieces. Remove the pips exactly. Chop fruit pieces in small portions with the cutting rod from the mixer. Measure the puree and juice, add half the weight of sugar. Mix according to instructions with Opekta 2:1 and make, remove saucepan from the kitchen stove and fold in the whisky. Fill boiling hot into clean glasses, close on the spot.
