For the vegetable noodles with tofu and mushrooms, slowly saute the onions until light brown, quickly fry the mushrooms and sprouts until hot and sauté the spinach in the pan.
Marinate the tofu with soy sauce and chili for 1 hour, drain and sauté, strain the marinade and mix with the starch. Toss all ingredients in a pan and boil once briefly with the soy chili sauce.
Arrange vegetable noodles with tofu and mushrooms on plates or in bowls and serve.
