For the shortcrust pastry, knead the given ingredients together and chill the dough ball for about 1 hour.
Then knead the dough again and roll out to a thickness of approx. 4 mm. Cut out the shapes of your choice, making a hole in the center of half of the figures (star, heart, etc.).
First bake the figures without a hole at 180 °C for 8-12 minutes.
Then bake the figures with the hole on the second baking tray for about 2 minutes less, as the hole will make them cook faster.
Stick the cooled cookies together with the jam.
