For the Toast Hawaii, preheat the oven to 200 °C. Toast the slices of toast and brush with butter. Place 2 coated toasts next to each other on a baking tray covered with baking paper so that they form a rectangle.
Place the ham on top first, then the pineapple cubes and season with pepper. Cut the cheese into strips and place them on top like a grid.
