Instructions:

For stuffed kohlrabi, blanch kohlrabi in salted water. Cut off the top and hollow out.

Mix the mushrooms with the sausage mixture, season with salt, nutmeg and pepper and stuff into the kohlrabi. Close with the cut-off lids.

Put the stuffed kohlrabi in a saucepan, pour in the soup and simmer on low heat with the lid closed for about 10 minutes.
