For the Halloween Spider Stuffed Eggs, hard boil the eggs for about 10 minutes in lightly simmering water. Cool the eggs with cold water and peel them.

Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and carefully lift out the yolk with a teaspoon. Mix the yolk with mustard, mayonnaise, Tabasco sauce and pepper and salt.

Halve and pit the olives. Leave one half whole and cut the other half into 8 narrow strips.

Pour the egg yolk filling into a piping bag fitted with a serrated nozzle and pipe back into the egg halves. Drape one olive half in the center of each and drape the strips around the olive like spider legs.

Serve the Halloween Spider Stuffed Eggs right away or chill in the refrigerator.
