Instructions:

For the sponge cake roulade with strawberry cream, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat the yolks, powdered sugar and water until thick and creamy. Mix flour with baking powder and fold in well, carefully fold in the snow.

Spread the mixture on a baking tray. Remove the sponge cake from the oven, roll it up immediately and let it cool down.

In the meantime, whip the cream until stiff, cut the strawberries into small cubes and fold into the whipped cream. Roll out the well cooled roulade and spread with the cream.

Roll up the sponge cake roll with strawberry cream tightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
