For the sheet cake with fruit preheat the oven at 175 degrees Celsius. Grease large form (ca.29x35cm) with butter.
Beat eggs until very foamy, stir in sugar, vanilla sugar, oil, egg liqueur and cinnamon, fold in flour mixed with baking powder. Pit cherries and apricots, cut cherries in half, cut apricots into small pieces.
Mix the dough with fruits, pour into the pan and bake for about 45 minutes. Spread the sheet cake with jam, let cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into pieces.
