Instructions:

Roll out puff pastry to 3 mm thickness, cut into pan-sized rectangles. Chop kitchen herbs finely.

At table: place tein in the pans, prick a few times. Spread with crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with kitchen herbs.

Put the pans on the broiler for 5 minutes at the beginning, then bake under the broiler for 3-4 minutes.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good aroma!
