Black pepper 1 1/2 1/2 tsp. clear soup, fresh or instant.

Cut the potatoes like a fan into slices a little 3mm thick, they must not fall apart. Grease a baking dish with a little butter and sprinkle with shallots. Place the potato fans in the dish and press them smooth so that they unfold diagonally. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Sprinkle the cheese on top and drizzle with the remaining butter.

Pour the clear soup and put the baking dish in the oven at 200 °C for half an hour.
