To make the pasta casserole with feta, first cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Strain and mix in a dash of olive oil to prevent them from sticking together.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Empty the canned paradeis pieces into a bowl, crumble in the feta, add the chopped herbs and garlic and season with sugar, salt and pepper.
Mix the pasta with the paradeis mixture and pour into a greased baking dish.
Now whisk the whipped cream, eggs and Parmesan cheese and pour over the pasta.
Place in the oven on medium high and bake for about 30 minutes, until the surface is nicely browned.
Serve the pasta casserole with feta hot with leaf salad.
