Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Remove the skin from the garlic and chop finely.

Bake the whole peppers in the oven (middle rack) for 20 minutes ¿ the skin should blister and turn brown in places.

Cool the peppers a little bit in a plastic bag.

2. pierce the peppers and collect the juice. Remove skin, seeds and stem. Cut peppers into strips.

3. mix the peppers with oil, vinegar and capers, season with salt, season with pepper and let it soak a little.

4. cut swordfish into slices about 2 cm thick. Thinly coat a grill pan with oil. Roast the fish fillets on both sides in about 2 min. each and arrange on the paprika salad.
