Finely chop white cabbage or Chinese cabbage, season with salt and cumin and let it brown a bit. Sauté in hot lard or butter. Stir in paprika powder, deglaze with a dash of vinegar and pour in a little soup. Steam until soft. Clean peppers, peel with a peeler and cut into small cubes. Shortly before the end of cooking, add the diced peppers and steam. If necessary, stir in some cream. Finally, season to taste with salt and pepper.
