For the noodles with almonds and birch sugar, heat 2 l of water in a saucepan, add a pinch of salt and simmer the ribbon noodles gently for about 20 minutes.

Then strain and stir in coconut oil or fat. It is best to divide into 4 plates afterwards and sprinkle about 1-2 teaspoons of grated almonds and 1-2 teaspoons of birch sugar on each plate to taste.

Serve the pasta with almonds and birch sugar.
