A cake recipe for all foodies:
The milk and water are seasoned with salt and sugar and the liquid is brought to a boil. Stir in the corn flour and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Remove the pan from the fire, add the soaked raisins and the beaten eggs. Everything is mixed well together and poured into the buttered cake springform pan.
Evenly cut, not too small apple slices (apricot halves, Ph) are placed on top in a nice order, like an apple pie. Then pour the cream over it and sprinkle the apple slices with sugar.
Bake everything together in the oven (200 degrees, Ph) for about 45 minutes, with more top heat, so that the apples brown nicely.
The Palaentaeturtae is eaten cooled and is great as a dessert, garnished with a little bit of whipped cream.
