Instructions:

Boil the cream with the sugar, add the leaves of 3 sweet umbels and the seeds. Fish out the seeds.

Peel the lime peel very thinly. Puree milk with leaves and lime peel. Squeeze lime, add juice to liquid.

Pour into a suitable mold (I have a mold for 8 ice cream scoops) and freeze in the freezer for about 2 hours.
