Grind Gorgonzola and whipped cream with a hand blender. Cut kohlrabi into 3 mm thick slices. Place kohlrabi in a shallow ovenproof dish and pour sauce over it. Cover the dish with a plate or lid and microwave at 600 watts for about 10 minutes.
