A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!
Fry the pork fish in hot clarified butter on all sides. Dice the onions, clean the mushrooms and cut them into quarters. Sauté onions in butter until soft, add mushrooms, roast, season, dust with flour, pour whipped cream. Bring cheese to boil in sauce while stirring. Cut the pineapple slices into pieces and fold in. Finely dice the ham. Place fillets in a greased gratin dish, pour sauce over, sprinkle with ham and top with cheese. Bake in the oven ( electric oven: 200 °C / convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes. Cut the chives into rolls and sprinkle over the finished casserole.
