For the Hawaiian pancakes, whisk flour, eggs, milk and sugar to a batter and gradually fry out the pancakes in a hot pan in a little butter.

Peel the pineapple, cut into thin rings and cut the rings in half.

Place one pancake on each plate and spread with Nutella. Place the pineapple slices on one half of the pancake. Sprinkle with the peanut flips and fold the pancakes in half. Dust the Hawaiian pancakes with fine sugar and cocoa powder and serve.
