For the Halloween pancake, first prepare the pancake batter. For this, mix flour, eggs, milk and salt. Then stir in the orange food coloring. Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the filling. Whip the cream until stiff. Cream the curd cheese with the egg yolks, sugar and butter. Fold in the whipped cream. Finally, stir in the black food coloring. Use enough color so that the mixture turns dark and does not stay gray.
Heat a little oil in a pan (it works best if you dip kitchen roll in oil and spread the pan with it). Pour in pancake batter until the bottom is thinly covered with it. Bake. Repeat until all the batter is used up. Let the pancakes cool a little.
Next, assemble the cake. Start with a layer of pancakes, spread a little filling on top, then another layer of pancakes and so on until the pancakes and filling are used up.
Finally, sift a Halloween motif onto the Halloween pancake cake with the cocoa using a stencil.
