Rinse and dry the meat and liver, skin the liver.
Cut tomatoes, cucumber and bacon into pieces or slices.
Put the ingredients on skewers in any order and coat thinly with cooking oil.
Grill for about 8 minutes on each side, then brush repeatedly with cooking oil and thinly sprinkle shish kebab seasoning over skewers.
