Fruity Peach Jam

For the Fruity Peach Jam, wash the peaches and cut into small pieces. Bring to the boil with jam sugar and let stand overnight.

The next day, puree the peaches with a hand blender, not too fine (some small pieces should remain).

Boil again for 5 minutes with agar agar and pour the Fruity Peach Jam into jars while still hot. The quantity makes 5 small jars.
