Halve nuts, fry until golden brown. Clean, rinse and chop the bell pepper into small cubes. Rinse lettuce, drain and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Remove rind from cheese and cut into small cubes. Mix salad ingredients and serve on plates.
For the dressing, whip whipping cream until semi-stiff and mix with sour whipped cream. Season with salt, juice of one lemon, pepper, paprika powder and Tabasco. Pour the sauce over the leaf salad and dust with a tiny bit of paprika powder.
Tip: Always use organic lemons for cooking, if possible!
