Brush the potatoes thoroughly and cook them with the peel and let them cool down. Boil the eggs in seven minutes (note: put the eggs in the water with the potatoes when it boils and take them out after 7 minutes). Bring the clear soup with the diced onion to a boil. Stir in vinegar, cayenne pepper and oil. While still warm, cut the potatoes into slices and pour the seasoning broth over them, cover and let sit for half an hour.

Rinse the lettuce and cut the leaves into thin strips, chop the dill. Add both to the potatoes while they are still warm. Sprinkle with crab meat and garnish with egg slices.
