For the fried fish on green beans and tomato vegetables, blanch the tomatoes briefly, then peel off the skin and cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
Finely chop the onion and garlic, sauté in 1 tbsp butter until translucent and then add the tomatoes. Add about 125 ml of vegetable soup and simmer for 5 minutes.
Then add the green beans, season with salt and pepper and simmer on a low heat until the green beans are soft (firm to the bite – not too soft).
Rub the fish fillet with fish seasoning and fry in the remaining butter.
