Instructions:

For the farfalle with cheese sauce, first chop the onion and garlic very finely and sauté in the butter until translucent. Add the flour and stir, deglaze with a dash of white wine and then pour in the vegetable soup and milk. With a whisk, mix everything well until any lumps of flour are gone.

Now stir in the cheese and let it melt. Add whipped cream and herbs (to taste, but be sure to add oregano and parsley), stir well again and simmer on low for about 20 minutes. Finally, season with a little salt and pepper.

Cook the farfalle until al dente. Serve farfalle with cheese sauce.
