Instructions:

Sauté beetle beans in butter in a non-stick pan for a few minutes.

Loosely beat eggs and the salt with a fork and add to the pan. Allow to set over medium heat.

Break the feta into small pieces and spread over the egg dish. Break up the egg dish with a spatula, turn and cook until the eggs are firm.
