Instructions:

First, mix the curd, yogurt, powdered sugar, coconut milk, grated coconut, coconut liqueur and lime juice and pour into glasses.

Cut passion fruit in half and scrape out the pulp. Place in a bowl, add a little sugar to taste and stir until smooth.

Spread the fruit sauce on the cream and garnish the cream with Thai basil.
