Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Toast the bread slices on one or two baking sheets for about 3 minutes until golden brown, turning once to the other side. Cool down to room temperature.
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into fine slices. Heat the oil with the garlic in a frying pan. Roast the mushrooms in it over high heat for about 5 minutes, mixing a few times, seasoning with salt and pepper only at the end. Remove the frying pan from the stove.
Cut the cheese to the size of the bread slices and place it on top.
Immediately before serving, evenly distribute the mushrooms on top and repeatedly put the Grostini in the stove for about 3 min until the cheese melts.
Arrange on a platter and bring to the table very hot.
