A simple but delicious cake recipe:
Liquefy coconut oil on a low gas flame. Beat the eggs, cocoa, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy and gradually add the lukewarm coconut oil. Line a loaf pan (20 x 11 cm) with parchment paper. Spread the bottom with a tiny bit of chocolate cream, top with butter cookies and spread with a tiny bit of chocolate cream. Repeat the process until cookies and chocolate cream are used up. Refrigerate the loaf pan for at least 4 hours. Turn the cake out onto a plate, peel off the paper and cut into slices.
