Instructions:

Cream butter with icing sugar and vanilla sugar. Add egg and yolk gradually, stir in cocoa powder. Mix in the flour and nuts and pipe the biscuits onto a baking tray lined with baking paper using a piping bag. Bake in the preheated oven at approx. 200 °C for approx. 10 minutes. Allow to cool and spread half of the biscuits with raspberry jam. Assemble and dip in warmed chocolate. Decorate with silver balls as desired.
