Chicken Strips in Madeira Sauce with Tagliatelle

Instructions:

Soak raisins in Madeira for a few hours, cut chicken into small cubes. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, sear chicken in it, season with salt and pepper.

Remove meat from frying pan and keep warm. Deglaze the pan with half of the Madeira. Mix in cream and mustard, simmer briefly on low heat. Add raisins and remaining Madeira. Cook again until sauce is nice and creamy. Season with a little vegetable soup cubes. Add meat and simmer briefly.

Make tagliatelle al dente according to package directions.

Serve chicken cutlets in Madeira sauce with tagliatelle, garnish with marinated chicory and canned mandarins.
