The day before, marinate the beef in red wine with rosemary, refrigerate and leave to marinate for one night.

Fill the marinade with water, heat it up, add Maggi fix für Braten, bring to a boil, add the meat, let it bubble up and steam it at a moderate heat for about 1 1/2 hours. Turn the meat once in between to the other side.

Clean spring onions, cut into pieces, add to roast form, steam for 10 min. Take out roast, rest briefly and cut open. Refine the sauce with crème fraîche and bring to the table with the roast.

Our tip: Use high-quality red wine for a particularly fine taste!
