Instructions:

Bring ingredients together to a boil, drain and make again. Add 200 grams of potato flour whisked in another half a liter of red wine and stir gently until everything thickens. Pour the pudding into a mold, turn it out after it has cooled down and serve it with wine sauce.

Our tip: Use your favorite red wine for cooking!
